Urgently needs the following staff:
CHEFS & COMMISSARY COOKS (Gontinental, Oriental, Western, European, Italian, Japanese):
Candidates with knowledge in principles, procedures and techniques in commercial kitchen. Competence certificate in culinary skills Management or Diploma in Culinary is an adventage

PIZZA & SANDWICH MAKER:
Candidates with experience in a fine dining restaurant, preferably in PIZZA HUT/SUBWAY/SBARRO or other leading fast food restaurant chains.

DELI COLD DISPLAY / GARD MANGER / SALAD MAKER:
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience, preferably with experience in leading fast food chains like PIZZA hut / SUBWAY etc. With a graduation in HRM or Culinary Management Course.

PASTRY CHEFS, CAKE MAKERS & DECORATIONS:
Aspirant with local or international work experince, must have Competency Certificate; Diploma in Baking - Pastry Management is an advantage.

BAKERS & SWEET MAKERS:
Candidates with local or international work experience, knowledgeable in principles, procedures and techniques with competency certificate; Diploma in Baking is an advantage.

FISH MONGER:
Experience as fish monger in a supermarket or local wet markets.

BUTCHER:
Candidates familiar in different meat cuts, slices and techniques. Experience in Monterey, purefoods, San Miguel and other well known meat companies is an advantage.

Candidates ideally below 40 years of age will be considered for all the above mentioned posts. A recent experience of min 3 years is required for all the category. Gulf or other international experience will be an added advantage.
