Admin Cum Marketing Assistant - PT Sagita Venture

Our company, established in 1975, produces high-end furnishings and focuses on the expatriate market here in Jakarta, and beyond. We manufacture high-end solid wood furniture in our own factory in Depok, and our showroom is located in Jakarta Selatan.

The company is seeking for a dynamic & energetic Female, fluent in English (written and spoken) to join our front-end team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable and confident with their English skill, therefore will have no problems maintaining relationships with our expat clients.

Admin Cum Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities:
1. Serve/maintain customer relations (99% expat customers)
2. Assist Director with day-to-day affairs
3. General Admin Work

Requirements:


  • Female, max. age 30 yrs old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): english fluency - both spoken written, admin work, excel, word & emails, interpersonal, Communication Skill.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Selatan.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Full-Time positions available
  • Some experience in customer relations / admin work preferred
  • Willingness to learn, ready to work hard / overtime (Mon-Sat)
