1. CHEF DE PARTIE
3-5 Years esperience as an chef de partie (preferable) in catering services industry, especially in remote area (or in hotel industry). The Incumbent must be having excellent knowledge of indonesian menus ( at least 200 menus ). oriental menus (at least 100 menus), western menus( at least 150 menus) (and also some of bakery and pastry product).

2. CHIEF COOK
2 Years experiencedas an Chief cookin Catering Services (or in hotel industry, who has excellent knowledge in Oriental menus, western menus, and bakery $ pastry Product. The incumbent must be able to manage & operate a team.

3. Cook
1-2 Years experience as an cookThe Incumbent must be have Knowledge of indonesian, Oriental &western menus.

4. Cook bakery & Pastry Product
1-2 Years experience and excellence knowledge on bakkery & Pastry Product which is includes bread and patisserie products also trditional or indonesian snack product.

General Requirements:

• male, age around 30-40 years (1&2); male, age around 20-30 years old (3&4)

• Graduate from D3 Food Production (1&2); Graduate from D1 food Production or SMIP (3&4)

• The Incumbent must have strong leadership qualities, self-starter with excellent interpersonal analytical skills ; Have Knowledge about food Hygiene.

• Positive attitude, outgoing, energetic, responsible, fast learner, and independent

• Good Communication skill in bahasa Indonesia and english (preferable)

• Willing to work long Hours in A High pressures working environment; able to work independently

• willing to be placed at outside surabaya and bali
