Sales Head (code : SH-JTM)
Prepare business plan develop, manage and coach Relationship Officer team to chieve target - at least having 3 years sales experience (funding and or lending), preferably in banking industry

Relationship officer (code: RO-JTM)
Responsible to acquire new sales (funding or lending) from customers and act as trusted source to give financial solution - At least having minimum 1 years experience in sales experience from banking or financial institution

Teller (code : TR-JTM)
Responsible to receive cash/noncash deposit and verify cash/non cash transactions - strong analyticaland numericalskills, with high accuracy

General Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor degree, for TR minimum D3 with IPK 2,75
• Excellent managerial skill (SH) and strong analytical thinking particularly in business analyst
• has wide network target and customer satisfication oriented
